I contacted shivram sirat around 11 pm. My parents both senior citizens and had cold. Could not take them to hospital as they were not able to walk. They were very weak. Sir promised me to send a person to collect sample by morning. During The pandemic, it was difficult and I never expected the person to collect sample to come. But they came at 11 am and also gave the reports by midnight. This helped us contact the doctors for further investigations.

This feedback is especially to Mr Sivaram S S. I had need for COVID testing in a short timeline due to an impending business travel. The way Mr Sivaram has come forward to support and guided through the process was amazing. I got my report much earlier than promised timelines and my travel is on schedule.
Overall a seem less experience of customer support and quality.
